Paul Graham began writing about food in his blog, Eating Vegan in Vegas.
Paul gave himself the challenge to write one blog post a day about a vegan meal in Las Vegas for 365 consecutive days. He far surpassed that. Now the book is in its second edition because the vegan choices in Las Vegas have expanded and Paul wanted to update the narrative portion of the book as well.
The updated included guidebook contains 25% more listings than the previous edition. Paul Graham’s book helps many people learn about becoming vegan and working towards a more conscious way of life.
